Sugar is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager/Manager-Internal Audit!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks by developing a risk management plan and strategy and identifying opportunities to improve business processes.
- Assisting internal clients in addressing compliance, financial, operational & strategic risk.
- Executing assignments. Typical assignments comprise conducting reviews of systems, internal controls, re-engineering processes, documentation of Standard Operating Procedures, and cost & working capital optimization.
- Advising on internal controls and risk matters, and proactively recommending continuous improvement for efficient finance and commercial proc
- Delivering tasks on projects as guided by the management team.
- Executing detailed audit procedures including reviewing transactions, documents, records, reports, and policies and procedures, business processes for accuracy and effectiveness.
- Managing multiple assignments and related project internal teams.
- CA Fresher or 2 years (1st attempt pass out) having strong hands-on experience and knowledge in Internal Audit, IFC/SOX
- Minimum experience of 0 - 2 in Internal audit is mandatory
- Candidates should have mandatory experience of completing the Article ship and Work experience in the top 6 consulting firms
