About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) Cycle: Manage the end-to-end P2P process, ensuring all invoices are matched against Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN). 
  • Forex Vendor Settlements: For an AD2 entity, manage specialized payments to overseas partners and domestic forex wholesalers, ensuring adherence to LRS (Liberalised Remittance Scheme) limits. 
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate deduction and timely deposit of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and accounting for GST Input Tax Credit (ITC). 
  • Employee Reimbursements: Oversee the processing of travel and business expense claims via automated tools (e.g., Keka, Happay). 
  • Revenue Recognition: Ensure revenue from commissions, markups, and platform fees is recorded in accordance with Ind AS 115. 
  • Invoicing & Collections: Generate automated invoices for B2B corporate clients (e.g., companies using forex cards for employees) and follow up on overdue payments. 
  • Credit Management: Monitor customer/partner credit limits and perform periodic ageing analysis to identify potential credit risks or bad debts. 
  • Refund Management: Manage the complex refund workflow for failed forex transactions or cancelled remittance orders, ensuring funds reach the customer within RBI-mandated timelines.  
  • Three-Way Reconciliation: Perform daily "Bank vs. Internal Ledger vs. Partner/Switch" reconciliation for all digital transactions from business branches. 
  • Nodal & Escrow Monitoring: Maintain daily logs of Nodal/Escrow accounts as per RBI guidelines, ensuring that customer money is never co-mingled with corporate funds.
  • AD2 Inventory Recon: Reconcile foreign currency stocks (physical cash and prepaid card balances) across various branches and digital wallets.
  • Settlement Gap Analysis: Identify "broken" transactions or settlement delays from payment gateways and coordinate with the Tech/Product team to resolve systemic bugs.  

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: B. Com/ M. Com/ MBA-Finance or Semi-CA. 
  • Experience: 4–7 years in Revenue Operations or AR within a high-volume digital transaction environment. 
  • Skills: Expertise in Excel-based data modeling and CRM-integrated accounting.
