- Focus on medium-sized accounts, offer technically complex or a breadth of solutions.
- Build relationships with customers at the manager/director level to understand needs and offer solutions within some ability to adjust pricing and margin, subject to set business parameters.
- Service and support existing customer accounts in an assigned geographic area, with a standard sales target or quota.
