PepsiCo is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - LD&T!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Optimize stock of obsolete finished goods inventory in the warehouse
- Manage warehouse and ensure supply to distributors
- Ensure non–stop RM/ PM supply to productions in the absence of LD & T Manager
- Coordinate with transporter for timely placement of trucks
- Find out risks in transport lanes and plan to mitigate them
- Ensure all regulatory compliances for transportation and dispatch of FG to ensure demand compliance is met
- Drive cost and productivity on warehouse operation cost
- Ensure FIFO by Systematic review mechanism
- Ensure hygiene of the warehouse, and meet required standards
- Ensure the dispatch area meets all safety standards/readiness for audits
- Ensure export order executions if any as per timelines
- Monitor of shop floor discipline
Requirements:
- MBA operation, PG Diploma in Material/Supply Chain/Logistics/Warehouse Management
- 4-6 years of experience in warehouse/supply chain/logistic management
- Good communication skills
