Pidilite is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Key Accounts!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Handle primarily Government segment for both New and repair scope.
- Hold ownership from Project lead generation till project completion/ Order Servicing.
- Work closely with the CSG team, and specification team to get an entry in Government specification/DSR till successful site execution.
- Develop a fresh entire ecosystem across Mumbai that includes DFPDs, Waterproofers, and Government EPC contractors for smooth project supply across Mumbai.
- Capture and update competition movement and new launches in the Government working and helping within sighting to design competition fighting strategy.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Key Account Management
- Preferably from CC or related to the Construction industry
- Should have knowledge of the local market and key customers
- Education with BE Civil / MBA preferred though not compulsory
