Assistant Manager – Internal Audit Job in Bangalore at Ravi Placement Services

Responsibilities

• Performing the full audit cycle including preparation of audit plan as per defined scope, assigning work to team,
• reviewing the work done by team, updating status of work to client and Manager
• To work effectively with Team and Manager / Partner on critical client issues
• This role will supervise team of 5­7 members
• Candidate will be responsible for meeting deadlines for work and ensuring quality deliverable to the clients.
• Attending client meetings, prepare and discuss audit reports internally and externally

Work profile

• Documentation of process understanding
• Advisory support to clients
• Review of Regulatory compliances such as GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, Labour laws
• Review compliances with client’s SOP / Policy
• Providing training to team members
• Sending updates / alerts on new developments / amendments to clients

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 to 5 Years of post­Qualification experience in Internal Audit

Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant
• Candidate must have exposure in handling multiple clients across Manufacturing and Service sector
• Candidate should have sound technical knowledge of Risk and Process based audit including IFC, Expert knowledge of
• various Acts such as GST Law, Income Tax, Companies Act, Labour laws
• Good in communication skill
• Good drafting skills
• Good team leader
• Analytical and problem­solving
• Advanced Computer skills on MS Office, Accounting software (SAP, etc.) and databases
