Assistant Manager-Indirect Sourcing Job in Mohali at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is hiring for the job role of Assistant Manager - Indirect Sourcing! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Processing of PRs received from user deptt
• Quote receipt & its synthesis
• Proposal generation and approval
• PO generation and approval in SAP
• Regular communication with suppliers for supplies follow-up in line with M&M procurement policy
• Technical discussions with users and suppliers
• Monitoring of stock of consumables for all plants
• Ensuring timely delivery of parts
• Pre-realization as per target
• PR to PO lead time monitoring
• To arrange critical parts as per plant urgency
• Regular plant & supplier visits for supply issue resolutions/ new initiatives
• Sanction note generation for capex PR and its approval
• Alternate sourcing as per requirement
• Supplier payments follow up with accounts
• Create synergy with SCC team on cost settlement
• Procurement of regular parts through scheduling

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience
• Qualifications: B.Tech 
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making
• Effective communicator and collaborator across departments
