Sharda Motor Industries Limited is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager (HR Business Partner)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Recruit candidate within TAT through Job portals and social media, adhere recruitment & selection policy & documentation process through RMS & Effective on boarding of new joinees through SMIL we-Connect as per the Policy
• Ensure 100% policy adherence on Confirmation policy, Goal Setting & Review,  PMS Cycle and Exit management
• Maintain a data bank of all HO Employees. Preparation and submission of periodical MIS/Reports
• Manage SMIL we-Connect portal (darwinbox). Deployment & training at HO.  Identify gaps and initiate & implement corrective measures.Assess utilization levels of modules, assess the training effectiveness and implement measures to improve utilization
• Prepare TNI calendar, Organise to conduct training & employee engagement programs in the plant adhering to the TNI calendar as per unit requirements and audits. Implement Corrective measures for preventive & predictive attrition control
• Organise & conduct the rewards session as per company policy. Organise communication sessions at the unit level

Requirements:

• Ability to prepare the Payroll data & Time & attendance input
• Exposure to run the payroll . Payroll and statutory reports
• Ability to prepare periodical presentations for Payroll MIS
