Bajaj is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Growth!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Track and improve key performance indicators such as query resolution time and repeat queries
• Liaise with sales and IT teams to ensure reduction of sales queries and bottlenecks
• Build process and policy checks on SFDC workflow to minimize downstream leakages by working closely with IT and COE teams
• Liaise with IT, operations, and other teams to ensure early resolution of sales queries
• Support regular and ad hoc data analysis on business metrics
• Plan and execute time-bound projects related to geo-expansion
• Liaise with internal teams such as Admin, IT, and HR for the launch of new branches
• Track and monitor productivity of branches under geo-expansion initiatives
• Work on delivering critical business projects as assigned from time to time
• Provide relevant data points for management reporting

Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate qualification
• 1–2 years of prior work experience in the Financial Services industry would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptionally high motivational levels and ability to be a self-starter
