Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Step in for the manager when needed.
- Supervise staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling, delegating work, and resolving staff issues.
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
- Manage inventory control and loss prevention.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for senior management.
- Provide insights on operations, customer feedback, and team performance.
