Hilti is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - FP&A!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Developing strategic financial initiatives to improve results and support the management team in a variety of strategic and operational decisions.
- Managing the monthly financial statements, analyzing financial results, and proactively suggesting recommendations to management.
- Preparing the company’s financial forecast, and budget, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
- Monitoring risks and drive sustainable value creation
- Participating in annual PnL game planning, target setting, investment planning, and profitability reviews.
- Supporting/steering a Field team of direct and indirect selling resources.
- Preparing management presentations on the business update, Strategy, Key steering actions.
Requirements:
- Qualified CA or MBA in Finance/International Business Economics
- Rank Holder CA or MBA from a premier B School will be an added advantage
- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience post-MBA/CA, ideally in financial analysis or modeling
- Strong functional expertise in Finance, advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
- Brings a quantitative, structured approach to projects and analysis
- Advanced level knowledge in SAP/BI
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
