Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations.
• Develop an understanding of the target business and its key business drivers.
• Assess data accuracy and reasonableness and follow up directly with clients and third parties to resolve anomalies.
• Perform financial analysis on data provided and arrive at conclusions and identify issues.
• Interpret, evaluate, and analyze publicly available information related to the target business.
• Prepare high-quality deliverables including Excel and PowerPoint documents within agreed timelines.
• Brief Manager / Deputy Manager on work progress and key findings.
• Identify key issues in assigned areas and report them to the Manager or Supervisor on a timely basis.
• Work on a variety of deals including large cross-border transactions across multiple industry verticals.
• Establish credibility with clients and target entities as a representative of Deloitte Transaction Services.
• Provide support and assistance for proposals and business development activities.
• Travel frequently to client locations as required for engagements.
• Manage engagements effectively to ensure timely execution, proactive course correction, and successful delivery.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes while managing quality, risk, and compliance with integrity and precision.
• Apply analytical acumen to recommend impactful approaches and solutions using data analysis and visualization.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver value, build solutions, and leverage new business opportunities.
• Respond to changing environments with agility and resilience.

Requirements:

• Transaction experience or exposure is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Indian GAAP; knowledge of IFRS is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel for processing and analyzing large volumes of data.
• Strong commercial acumen and market awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders effectively.
• Capability to manage multiple engagements and deliver results collaboratively.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
