Pepper Content is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Finance!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work and maintain bookkeeping and daily accounting as per global practices
• Work on cash flow and P&L
• Be responsible for payouts to all vendors, creators, partners
• Take care of the fixed assets register, all reconciliations, and costs
• Comply with all compliances including TDS, GST with monthly payments and filing of returns
• Monitor accounting and payables function very closely and work on all queries related to the AP function
• Provide data for statutory, and external audits

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance with a minimum of 2+ years of experience
• Experience of 1+ years in accounting, taxation, compliances, and reporting
• Experience in Zoho or any other accounting ERP
• Experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Google sheets/ slides
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must 
• Startup experience in venture-backed startups is a big plus (Series A to Series D)
• Have all that it takes to succeed in a startup environment - flexibility, working beyond the call of duty, ability to multitask and deliver under pressure, and a high level of ownership
