Assistant Manager - E&E Validation Job in Bangalore at Mahindra Group

Mahindra is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - E&E Validation!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be responsible to develop and document the test plan for design validation and product validation based on DFMEA, Automotive standards, Field failures of Power Electronic Components like DC-DC, Onboard charger, Power distribution unit & Fast Charger etc.
• Be responsible to setup and automate test system based on test requirements and execute test and release the test report and maintain & troubleshoot any issues.
• Work closely with designers, supplier, and test labs to plan and track validation progress.
• Verify functionality and robustness of electrical design.
• Analyze designed circuits, data from experiments and evaluation of measured signals.
• Do reliability calculation for mission profile.
• Plan and implement world-class characterization facilities for present and future generation products.

Requirements:

• BE/B.Tech in ECE or Mechatronics
• Hands on experience in design and analysis of low power circuits, power gating, decaps, multi-vt is required Knowledge on national/ international standards.
• Experience with high Voltage and High current swithes : Thyristors, MOSFET, IGBT
• Hands on experience on tools like CAN Analyser, PCAN, Bus master, influx datalogger, CRO, Power Analyser, Current probes, Electronic Loads, Dataloggers.
• Requires strong fundamental understanding of transistor level analog design designs in deep submicron process.
• Should have knowledge on DQA, DFMEA, 8D, why – Why Analysis, Fish bone,
• Hands on experience on operating and working with 48V, 350Vdc power electronic components.
