Puma is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager- Digital Marketing!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Work with the ECOM partners to understand their consumers and drive visibility amongst their loyal databases.
  • Work with internal business stakeholders to understand priorities and drive digital campaigns in alignment.
  • Drive integrated paid campaigns with the aim of meeting and exceeding revenue numbers month on month.
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including data analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
  • Identify patterns and trends in campaign data sets.
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies and experiment with new channels to drive efficient acquisition.
  • Stakeholder management
  • Build regular connections with all functions of the Marketplace Org to troubleshoot problems and drive growth levers & commercial negotiations.
  • Ensure alignment between relevant internal and external stakeholders on initiatives.
  • Lead smooth functioning of relevant forums such as Daily Stands ups and Monthly reviews 3) Strategy & Planning.
  • Develop and support our business strategy in conjunction with the eCommerce leadership team.
  • Forecast and track commercial goals (topline & bottom line) and specific strategic goals.
  • Analyze the impact of initiatives underway to enhance understanding of the value of various growth levers on the marketplace.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in managing Paid campaigns on Marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, or Myntra.
  • Strong analytical & data interpretation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of Marketplace paid platforms.
  • Understanding of Flipkart Ad portal, AMS, Seller/Vendor Central.
  • Awareness of attribution models and ability to create a structured approach for RoAS computation
