Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Store Job in Chandrapur at Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations including inward, outward, and stock control. 
• Ensure proper receipt, inspection, identification, and storage of materials as per ISO 9001 procedures. 
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP and physical registers. 
• Monitor minimum, maximum, and safety stock levels and coordinate with procurement. 
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices for material issue and storage. 
• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation. 
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and 5S implementation in stores. 
• Coordinate with QA/QC for material inspection and acceptance. 
• Prepare MIS reports related to inventory, consumption, and discrepancies. 
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and internal audit requirements. 
• Handle scrap, surplus, and obsolete materials as per procedure. 
• Lead and supervise store staff and ensure discipline and productivity.

ISO & Compliance Responsibilities:

• • Implementation and adherence to ISO documentation and procedures. 
• Participation in internal and external audits. 
• Corrective and preventive actions for audit observations. 
• Maintain records as per document control requirements.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Diploma in Materials Management / Engineering or equivalent. 
• 6–10 years (DM) / 4–7 years (AM) experience in industrial stores (Steel / Manufacturing preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems. 
• Understanding of ISO systems and audit processes. 
• Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills. 
• Knowledge of safety, statutory, and environmental norms.
