Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Achieve Debt Management Services targets of the Respective Branch assigned, ensuring meeting PI Targets.
• Meet the Target on the Cost of Debt Management Services.
• Ensure meeting PI Targets within the cost limit specified on a monthly basis.
• Ensure legal guidelines are complied with the entire Debt Management Services structure in letter and sprits.
• Ensure that the Debt Management Services agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force.
• Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.
• Continuous monitoring of Debt Management Services agencies and Debt Management Services executives to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Management 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess the financial situation of customers and develop personalized debt management plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, financial institutions, and internal teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of income tax laws, debt recovery tribunals, and other relevant laws.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and create debt repayment strategies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and cases.
