Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Achieve collection targets by visiting customers/agencies.
• Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
• Ensure compliance with legal guidelines during repossession of products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
• Handle escalations promptly and resolve issues effectively.
• Manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR).
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
• Track and resolve cases within agreed timelines.
• Perform portfolio management and debt collection strategy planning.
• Achieve targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Conduct reporting, analysis, risk management, and vendor management.
• Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Requirements:

• Strong skills in account management, data analysis, trend analysis, compliance management, and regulatory reporting.
• Proficiency in MIS reporting, recovery management, and dashboard creation.
• Effective communication and team leadership capabilities.
