Genpact is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager (Data Ops MDM, Analytics)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage customer master, data profiling, comparison between different systems, attention to details, defining the quality across different systems, and ensuring timely delivery to meet business needs
- Communicate well and present the analysis to the clients
- Assist in Data Ops and MDM pharma/life sciences
- Understand the HCP and HCO-related variables (Specialty, Designation, State License, Address, Affiliation, etc.,)
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Pharmacy/ Technology
- MBA
- SQL, R, Excel knowledge
- Pharma experience will be an advantage
