Caewale is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Custom Brand Solutions!

Responsibilities of the Candidate;

• Interpret briefs from Key Account Managers and clients to understand the brand positioning, key Marketing Challenge, Brand/Initiative Objective, and resources available
• Conceptualizing digital-led strategies and solutions to address client/brand requirements
• Working closely with the sales teams on brand briefs development, Intellectual Properties on the channels, Branded Content & Integrations, and Multimedia 360 degree solutions
• Research (primary as well as secondary) to understand the user behavior and varying industry perspectives
• Keeping abreast with the current digital trends in national and international markets and capable of replicating/developing the same for the company & clients and channels
• Drive ideation across all relevant businesses (media, content, social media, on-ground events, etc.) through brainstorming sessions, along with the relevant stakeholders
• Establishing good industry connections with talent, artists, production houses, influencers
• Maintaining relationships with vendors and liaising with them for end-to-end execution of ideas
• Create complete media solution proposal for the brand including rollout plan, budgets, logistics, etc. and secure approval basis suggested changes, if any
• Execute the agreed plan through key stakeholders in all relevant vehicles
• Having a deep understanding of how to create business-driven creative solutions

Requirements:

• You have a Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or General Management
• You have at least 1 year of solid experience in brand solutions and marketing in the Media Industry
• You have a strong understanding of the customer, market dynamics and requirements, and their business sales
• You have demonstrated experience in developing brand and marketing strategies as well as providing recommendations to the team
• You stay up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices
• You are a rapid learner with ability to work both independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment
• You possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish connections and working relationships across teams
• You have a creative and strategic mind set to produce innovative and original campaign ideas
• You are driven by data and have an affinity for numbers
