Tata Unistore is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager- CRM!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Responsible for Campaign planning at the channel & category level 
  
• Creating a Monthly Marketing Calendar for CRM by sale/topical events & brand level. 
  
• Managing budgets for the channel (channel level spend/coupon/SaaS Cost) and Revenue Forecasting basis that 
  
• Coordinating with key functions like Category, Content & Creative teams within the organization 
  
• Drive initiatives to acquire new & repeat customers 
  
• Category-wise sales analytics to identify trends & business insights 
  

Requirements:

• MBA preferable 
  
• E-commerce experience in CRM/Retention Marketing - for a minimum of 2 years 
  
• Ability to use data and metrics to make and support decisions 
  
• Demonstrate organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment 
  
• Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize with stakeholders 
  
• Understanding and passion for e-commerce
