PayU is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager- CPV Process Digital and Physical SP!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic for this process
- Monitor and optimize digital CPV.
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate reports on a timely basis
- Collaborate with offline marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns that drive foot traffic to physical locations (stores, events)
- Implement tracking mechanisms to measure the success of physical CPV efforts
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless integration of digital and physical CPV strategies
- Analyze CPV data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with sales, credit, and tech teams to align CPV strategies with broader marketing and business objectives
- Collaborate with external agencies or vendors as needed to execute CPV effectively
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to CPV processes
- Conduct quality assurance checks on CPV data and processes to maintain accuracy and reliability
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in this field, with a focus on performance
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Planning, organizing and analytical ability
