About the Team:

The Control Tower team is the watchdog of the entire supply chain. This means having an end-to-end view of the entire supply chain, “zero-to-one” projects and solving challenging problem statements. We focus on personal growth and fun at work just as much as we do on working hard. That is why we have regular 1-1s virtual meetings, fun-filled monthly all-team catch-ups, and timely rewards and recognitions.
About the Role:
We are looking for an analytical, independent and innovative problem solver to join the Control Tower team. As an Assistant Manager, Control Tower, you’ll be responsible for driving programs related to building visibility of the L0, L1, L2 and L3 views of key supply chain metrics. To drive visibility and instrumentation, you’ll get complete autonomy in terms of the granularity that you would want to create. You’ll also be responsible for working with stakeholders from ground operations and process excellence teams to solve exciting problem statements apart from creating impact on metrics.
- Create visibility of L0/L1/L2 metrics for the supply chain which comprises warehousing, middle mile and last mile.
- Interact with stakeholders like POCs from Warehouse, Middle mile and Last Mile, to drive improvement in metrics.
- Engage with internal stakeholders like cross-functional teams, Meesho Grocery Leadership, etc. to present the daily/monthly/weekly trends in data.
- Create visibility for warehouse and middle mile metrics. As an early joiner, you’ll get the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging problems. An ideal fit would be great at problem-solving, highly analytical and driven to create an impact.
- B.E./B. Tech. from tier 1 colleges or MBA from tier 1 or 2 colleges (MBA preferred but not necessary)
- 2-5 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years of experience in E-commerce/ logistics industry, startups or consulting firms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with Excel, dashboarding and handling large sets of data
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and work on complex projects
- Strong growth track record in the past professional career
- Outstanding written, and oral communication skills and organizational ability
