Groww is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Compliance (NBFC)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain oversight of the AML/KYC developments in the NBFC/Banks/Payments related businesses to proactively manage the potential AML risk/KYC risk.
• Create AML rules, closure of alerts, filing STRs, tracking FIU alerts, etc.
• Conduct Compliance Testing, Compliance reviews & assessments.
• Draft, review, finalize, and implementation of various Policies, setting up processes to monitor compliance of NBFC.
• Coordinate with RBI & other regulators for submission of filings, data & other requirements.
• Engage with all stakeholders to adhere to Company policies and Regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare documents to update management on any regulatory changes impacting the company.
• Ensure Financials, Website, and Notice board disclosures.

Requirements:

• Qualification - Commerce graduate, qualified CA/CS/Law graduate
• Knowledge of Audits & Statutory compliances, Strong understanding of current regulations affecting NBFC/Payment companies
• Effective communication skills as required to communicate with functional heads and other stakeholders.
• Process focussed and laid down best standards of functioning. Deadline and Detail-oriented.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in NBFC/Payments Compliance/Audit (preferably companies offering digital products)
