Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Review advertisements and approve marketing collateral in compliance with IRDAI Regulations & ASCI Guidelines.
• File all released advertisements on the BAP Portal within specified timelines.
• Maintain an advertisement register and records for audit purposes.
• Review all customer communications to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Ensure timely and high-quality responses to IRDAI observations.
• Conduct quarterly training for the Marketing team on Advertisement laws to promote a compliance-driven culture.
• Review and update advertisement SOPs and Checklists as necessary.
• Provide advisory support to the Marketing team on regulatory queries.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Assist the Reporting Manager in timely filing of regulatory returns.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Liaison with IRDAI to address regulatory matters.
