Royal Enfield is hiring for the job role of Assistant Manager - CAE (Powertrain Durability)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Building and maintaining high fidelity CAE models of Engine components and other sub systems
- Performing work with high attention to accuracy and detail
- Creating analysis report with good understanding of results interpretation
- Developing CAE models to match with testing results
- Giving suggestions to modify the engine and vehicle components to improve the durability and performance
- Carrying out simulations for full vehicle assembly, sub assembly and component level using tools like Abaqus, Hypermesh, Simlab, fe-safe, Tosca & Isight.
- Validating the simulations with testing
- Optimizing parts and assemblies and finding new solutions in close cooperation with design and product line departments
Requirements:
- Master of Engineering / Master of Technology in Mechanical / Thermal / Aerospace / Automotive
- Have 2 -5 year Experience in Structural analysis
- Good to have strong knowledge of Abaqus Software
- Good Knowledge in Python or any other software coding is added advantage
- Good knowledge of Linear & Non-Linear structural analysis
- Good knowledge in fatigue analysis
- Good knowledge in any optimization tools.
- Design optimization concerning durability based on CAE simulations
