Tata Communications is hiring for the post of Assistant Manager - Business Support Operations!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

  • Manage the process for COF (Customer Order Form) creation, order processing within the timelines from initiating the order request to realizing the revenue.
  • Manage all escalations by the stakeholders involved in the process.
  • Assign and ensuring that all customer contracts are countersigned, and customer inventories maintained.
  • Work with Billing Team to ensure invoices are produced correctly a revenue realized on time.
  • Work with collections and customers in resolving credit disputes.
  • Determining the ways to reduce the credits provided to customers
  • Prepare information to Internal Auditors, External Auditors and Tax teams as required, and ensuring processes are followed for SOX compliance.

Requirements:

  • Good Knowledge of Sales processes & knowledge for both L20 & O2C journey.
  • Handy experience for all provisioning/ordering tools like SFDC,REPC, Metasolv, Optimus.
  • Good understanding and hands on exp in Enterprise products like GVPN, IZO, Security services, Video connect, Hosting /cloud services etc.
  • Exposure to handle multiple CFT-s interaction would be a value add.
  • Ability to handle internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with all levels of personnel, both internally and externally, e.g. leadership, executives, clients, vendors, and agencies.
  • Ability to work in and constructively contribute to teamwork environment and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and follow through including the ability to document work
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Any Degree).
  • 3-5 relevant years of experience.
