Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct detailed market research, identify clients, and create effective sales strategies.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, seek upselling opportunities, and identify key decision-makers.
• Sales Strategy Development: Assist seniors in developing and implementing sales strategies, collaborating across teams for logistics solutions.
• New Business Acquisition: Proactively pursuing new business through lead qualification and compelling sales presentations
• Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead client negotiations, collaborate on contracts, and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Sales Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular concise reports on sales, market trends, and market activities for strategy refinement

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Passionate about extensive travel within India and within the city.
