Redbus is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Business Development!
Responsibility of the Candidate:
- Visit and manage assigned bus operators regularly and work closely with them to grow their business on redBus.
- On-board new bus operators in the assigned territory and teach them how to sell online.
- Handle bus operator objections and provide solutions to the bus operator.
- Sell visibility and growth products to operators to grow their business on redBus.
- Source discounts that help improve bus operator occupancy.
- Communicate new product developments to bus operators and driving usage.
- Manage on-ground marketing activities to grow the bus operator business.
- Share market updates, feedback, and issues regularly with the manager.
