Ericsson is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and implement operations excellence strategies and processes to improve overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular operational assessments and audits to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their operational challenges and develop solutions to streamline processes.
• Use data analysis and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure the success of implemented strategies.
• Lead and manage process improvement projects, using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Train and support team members in implementing new processes and following operational excellence principles.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
• Create and maintain documentation of processes, metrics, and program status.
• Work closely with management to align company policies and operations with the most up-to-date practices in operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications like Lean Six Sigma would be a plus
• Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, or a similar role
• Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics
• Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for process mapping and data analysis
• Should be proficient in Power BI, Power App, Advance Excel & PowerPoint
