Assistant Manager - Brand Marketing Job in Bangalore at Redbus

RedBus is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Brand Marketing!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Developing and implementing innovative & creative marketing strategies aligned with the overall brand & marketing strategy of redBus India
• Planning, executing, and tracking the performance of marketing campaigns across digital, ATL, and BTL media
• Translating brand objectives into media strategy and go-to-market media plans. Executing and optimizing media plans with the media agency (digital-first thinking)
• Researching market trends, audiences, competitors, and end-to-end consumer journeys to drive engagements and conversions
• Working closely with external agencies, influencers, and content creators for effective campaign execution and to drive brand visibility and engagement across platforms.
• Optimizing and analyzing campaign execution spends by expected revenue and impact on media, brand, and business metrics.
• Execution Excellence: Collaborating closely with the agency, revenue, and brand lead to closely track, manage, and report campaign performance
• Measuring and reporting performance with comprehensive pre, mid, and post-campaign analysis and assessing ROI with predefined KPIs
• Ensuring quick turnaround on critical deliverables
• Demonstrating excellent negotiation skills with vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost control
• Tracking all vendor invoices and payments (pending and delivered)
• Working with the in-house creative team to efficiently deliver artwork for collateral and campaign communication elements
• Driving the marketing planning & calendar, and activations across ATL, BTL, PR, and Digital
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Supply, etc.) to ensure full support from relevant teams in executing strategy

Requirements:

• MBA in marketing or equivalent degree 
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in managing and handling marketing campaigns end to end (from conception, and budgeting to execution and tracking performance). Preferably in a new-age startup/ consumer tech/ other B2C businesses
• 0 to 3 years of prior experience of working as an assistant manager or senior brand executive in core brand management profile, preferably in start-ups /FMCG/ Consumer Tech and other B2C businesses 
• End-to-end campaign management – concept, budgeting execution, tracking, and reporting 
• Strong Communication Skills 
• Proficient in Excel / Google Spreadsheets and PowerPoint
