Flipkart is hiring for the post of Assistant Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be responsible for timely closure of books for the month end with a comprehensive approach for accuracy & completeness of the financials
• Ensure accuracy of numbers with respect to accounting and analysis
• Handle Internal audit, statutory audit, SOX audit and ICOFR compliance, etc.
• Handle and overview team of people and guiding them in case of issues/challenges.
• Led, motivated, and supervised the team members with regular feedback, and conducting performance evaluations for the team
• Work closely with Biz, tech and product teams to enable new streams and impact analysis of same
• Identify and highlight tech glitches on time to concerned teams and track for timely closure.
• Strengthen the BS review process with more emphasis on aged balances
• Collaborate with business and biz fin teams to ensure smooth flow of operations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the function to enhance efficiency and accuracy using RPA and other tech enablers

Requirements:

• CA 4+ yrs of work experience
• Experience of managing teams and delivering high-quality results on time.
• Good to have experience in Power BI, Oracle, SQL, Qlikview, Alteryx etc
• The knowledge of applicable taxes & GST compliances on revenue & receivable
• Deep understanding of accounting, finance, and business
• Capable of handling multiple projects at a time
• Exceptional communicator and Lucid thinker
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in Ecommerce/FMCG is an added benefit.
