Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in handling day-to-day departmental operations
• Supervise team members and ensure productivity and performance standards are met
• Support in achieving business targets (sales, service, revenue, or process KPIs)
• Monitor workflow and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Prepare and maintain reports, MIS, and performance dashboards
• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless execution of tasks
• Handle customer/client escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Support recruitment, training, and performance monitoring of team members
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
