Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating daily operations.
• Supervise team members and ensure tasks are completed as per timelines.

• Support in achieving departmental goals and KPIs.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
• Handle customer queries, escalations, and ensure quality service delivery (if applicable).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow.
• Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and project execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Train and guide junior staff as required.
