Cadila Pharmaceuticals is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop visually compelling designs for digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, websites, social media assets, email templates, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create designs that effectively communicate the brand message, regulatory information, and product benefits in line with industry standards and guidelines.
• Lead the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring that designs align with the company's goals and maintain a high level of visual integrity.
• Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across various platforms and materials.
• Create and manage design templates, style guides, and assets for use in marketing campaigns and product launches. 
• Design and produce compliant materials that align with pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, EMA guidelines).
• Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all marketing materials are in line with industry rules and regulations.
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver designs that meet strategic goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high design standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them grow their skills and creativity
