Assistant Manager Job in Ranchi at Allengers

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development for cardiology-related devices (Cathlabs, Stents, Balloons, Pacemakers).
• Build strong relationships with cardiologists, cathlab managers, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to medical professionals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support in tender submissions and negotiation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth order processing and after-sales service.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Prior sales experience with Cathlab machines, Stents, Balloons, or Pacemakers is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-value capital equipment sales and B2H (Business to Hospital) sales.
