Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Basic understanding of the Workfront platform, its structure, key features, and primary functions like task management, projects, and collaboration.
  • Ability to configure new projects, define timelines, assign roles, and set up necessary structures, including task dependencies.
  • Proficiency in creating, assigning, and tracking tasks, ensuring that team members are aligned with timelines and deliverables.
  • Use of Workfront’s collaboration tools such as messaging, updates, and document sharing to improve team communication and project execution.
  • Managing and organizing project documents within Workfront, including version control and collaborative review processes.
  • Ability to create and customize forms to capture specific data inputs required for various workflows, enhancing the usability of Workfront.
  • Managing roles and permissions to ensure that users have the correct access to projects, tasks, and other objects based on their responsibilities.
  • Creating and managing automated workflows within Workfront to streamline processes like task assignments, approvals, and notifications.
  • Setting up multi-stage approval workflows for various assets, ensuring compliance with review standards.
  • Designing custom reports and dashboards for stakeholders to track project progress, KPIs, and performance analytics.
  • Building and managing project calendars and timelines, including tracking deadlines, milestones, and key deliverables.
  • Managing and optimizing resource allocation across projects to balance workloads and improve productivity.
  • Using agile methodologies within Workfront, including Kanban boards, to manage iterative project workflows and sprints.
  • Administering the overall Workfront environment, including user setup, configuration settings, and ensuring smooth system performance.
  • Managing changes in Workfront projects, including adapting workflows, communicating changes to stakeholders, and ensuring compliance.
  • Creating and configuring custom objects in Workfront to tailor the platform for specific organizational needs or workflows.
  • Utilizing Workfront’s version control and proofing features for document approvals, reviews, and feedback collection.
  • Setting up automatic notifications and reminders in Workfront to alert stakeholders about pending tasks, deadlines, or approvals.
  • Managing collaboration across teams and departments using Workfront’s sharing and communication features, ensuring project alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Relevant years of experience in Adobe Workfront Fusion, with a focus on cross-referral programs, commissions, and revenue optimization.
  • Flexible, including UK shift and U.S. Shift as necessary.
