- Managing Performance of the Team and have good Financial and Numerical Skills.
- Finding New Business Opportunities and Ensuring Client Satisfaction
- Capacity of solving grievances of clients and team.
- Work with Multiple Projects and Deadlines simultaneously.
- Good Network of references which clients will prefer and understand customer needs.
- Conflict Resolution and Advise according to the situations.
- Upsell and Follow up with Existing clients.
