Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency.
• Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
• Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
• Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
• Manage Daily Risk Report (DRR).
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
• Track cases individually and ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
• Manage portfolio effectively.
• Develop and implement debt collection strategy.
• Ensure target achievement in line with AOP (Annual Operating Plan).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct reporting and analysis on collections performance.
• Manage risk in the debt collection process.
• Provide leadership to the team.
• Oversee vendor management.
• Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Requirements:

• Experience in achieving collections targets through customer or agency visits.
