Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist clients in identifying and evaluating business and technology risks, along with assessing internal controls to mitigate these risks and enhance opportunities for improvement.
- Help select and tailor approaches, methods, and tools to support specific service offerings or industry projects.
- Facilitate the use of technology-based tools or methodologies for reviewing, designing, and implementing products and services.
- Understand clients' business environments and basic risk management approaches to provide informed recommendations.
- Actively engage in decision-making processes with management and understand the broader implications of current decisions.
- Take a substantive or lead role in engagement planning, managing project economics, and overseeing billing processes.
- Generate innovative ideas and challenge existing practices to drive improvements.
- Participate in proposal development efforts to secure new projects.
- Engage in "add-on" sales to clients by identifying additional service opportunities.
- Maintain membership and visibility in professional and civic organizations to enhance networking and brand reputation.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services to existing clients.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with clients to exceed their expectations.
