Requirements:

• Post-graduation in management / MBA /CA qualified (CFA and premier university preferred) with 2 years of experience.
• Strong PPT Presentation skills with IM teaser, financial modeling, good communication, and Analytical skills
• Have worked in special situation funds, Stressed asset division of Private or Public banks, Asset Reconstruction companies, and Investment Banks focused on stressed assets or consulting having M&A background.
• Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus on attention to detail, conciseness, and risk management
• Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
• Good understanding of transaction documents
• Ability to multitask on multiple engagements
• Fluency in written & verbal English
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
