Adani Group is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plan audit engagements on the directives from Audit Manager
• Outline information and data requirements 
• Implement sampling and testing procedures
• Execute the assigned audit/ assurance engagement as per requirement within defined timeline
• Document and record the audit execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business managers to review and amend reports, implement CAPA
• Keep the Audit Manager up to date on progress / ensure prompt escalation in case of issues
• Liaise with BU personnel for discussion on audit findings and clarifications
• Develop industry specific knowledge and other relevant domain knowledge
• Enhance proficiency in the Internal Audit tools (e.g., automation systems, analytics tools) and methodologies
• Conduct special assignments on the directives of the Audit Manager
• Audit review by traveling to various sites/locations on the directives of the Audit Manager
• Conduct special assignments at other sites on the directives from Audit Manager
• Travel to various sites in the cluster & other sites on need basis on monthly basis
• Conduct Operations & Maintenance and Project reviews at various sites on the directives from the Audit Manager 

Requirements:

• A professional CA degree is required
• 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience showcasing expertise in Internal Auditing (financial audits, project management, and operations management audits)
• CIA, CISA, CRMA, CFE will be preferred
