Flipkart is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identify the consumer drop-off points in the acquisition funnel 
• Be the voice of the customer and give feedback to business and vendor teams to bring in benefits as per the needs of the customer
• Build highly efficient customer conversion & retention strategies for businesses
• Optimize key customer channels such as PNs, WhatsApp, Inapp, etc to drive business growth
• Lead conversations with agencies and 3^rd party vendors, to onboard the right set of customers while offering the best in class offerings to the customers

Requirements:

• Analytics background with a total Experience of 1-3 years (experience in Performance marketing, and SEO will be an added advantage)
• Proven track record of delivering tangible results within your respective functions
• Extremely high sense of ownership & problem-solving skills
• Analytical bent of mind, comfortable with crunching numbers and turning them into actionable insights that help make focused decisions
• Prior experience in E-commerce/Retail business preferred
• Strong stakeholder & project management skills required
• High bias for action and Customer-first approach
