EXL is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Financial Accounting and reporting as per USGAAP.
• Qualitative variance analysis for P&L and BS movements.
• Coordination with the onshore team shared service team, and third-party vendors for timely & correct AP processing.
• Ensuring quality reconciliation and timely action on reconciliation items.
• Preparing MIS/dashboard for Management presentation.
• Processing improvement and automation, bringing best practices.
• Ensuring compliance with SOX/internal control/Statutory guidelines.
• Liasoning with Auditors (internal/external) for timely and clean audits.

Requirements:

• CA or CA inter/MBA Finance with min. 1 to 3 years of PQE.
  
• Experience in hardcore accounting & monthly/ quarterly book closure as per USGAAP/IFRS/Ind AS).
  
• Detail-oriented and hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accruals, BRS, forex accounting, etc.
  
• ERP (Oracle/SAP) functional knowledge.
  
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  
• Schedules/Backup preparation and getting audits done (internal/Statutory).
  
• Sound Knowledge of MS Office or any other reconciliation tool.
  
• Experience in SOX compliance or any other internal control framework.
