Regal Rexnord Corporation is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handle of Open orders & LC documentation for export customers
• Strong coordination for order Follow-up with the Production & Planning team and timely communication to the customers for the Middle East and US PSI team, Finance & Logistics team in the USA
• Accurate Export Commercial documentation ( Pre & Post Shipment)
• Ensure smooth integration between Customer Service, Sales, and Manufacturing teams to facilitate customer satisfaction
• Cost-effective management of transportation (ICD to Plant & back) activities to meet customer expectation
• Close coordination with ME export forwarders for smooth dispatch of their shipments with value proposition on the handling of Ocean export India outward (FCL/LCL & Consol) Shipments.
• Deal with the outside inspection agencies Motor Testing/Pre-post shipment inspection and its related certification
• Facilitate data management for SABER registration for Middle Eastern customers
• Close coordination with Freight Forwarder / Shipping lines /CHA /Customs for daily and specific shipments for the Middle East and the USA and any new territory in the future
• Management of all types of applications/reports to track freight including invoicing and payments. Support finance with monthly freight pay accuracy and accrual processes.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly and quarterly reports to the respective affiliated Government Agencies i.e. FIEO / EEPC/ FIA

Requirements:

• Graduate with professional certification or PG diploma on EXIM
• Data analytical skills
• Language: English, Hindi must other languages are an extra benefit
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle-based Export Order Management
• In-depth knowledge and supervision of all compliance of export pre and post-documentation with all statutory requirements of the organization
• In-depth knowledge of all government export benefits & their realization (Drawback/RODEP/MEIS/Advance Licenses/DGFT Licenses, GST, BRC, etc)
• Good knowledge of EXIM processes
• Hands-on experience in engagement in documentation (HBL draft creation, approval with the final release
• Hands-on experience in Shipping Invoice filling on Carrier site/INTRA, Following up on MBL draft, and amendments, till final issued, VGM filing on ODEX/Liners site, and Following up with CO-loaders on LCL shipments
