Genpact is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Able to work with the Collection team, understand all aspects of Cash allocation including deep validated experience, and report to the business
- Collaborating closely between all entities of AR (different entities) and keeping track of all aged receivables including current aging buckets.
- Build a collections strategy for the team based on aging and allocate accounts to the team for follow-up.
- Bring up issues to the Business commercial/legal team after agreement with the process owner.
- Weekly reporting to enable tracking and improvement in overall collections and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce (B. Com)
- Meaningful Experience in the Collection/Cash allocation process
- Strong English language skills (verbal and written)
