Drip Capital is hiring for the role of Assistant Legal Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Taking charge of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts to ensure full compliance with relevant laws and regulations. 
• Collaborate closely with legal counsel and external parties as necessary to facilitate seamless contract processes.
• Implement necessary adjustments in the organization to guarantee compliance via remaining abreast of all amendments and updates to the Companies Act.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any regulatory concerns promptly and effectively, fostering strong communication channels to ensure regulatory compliance company-wide.
• Provide expert legal and strategic advice on new business projects, meticulously identifying potential legal and regulatory risks.
• Undertake additional projects and assignments as required, collaborating seamlessly with different departments to ensure legal compliance and alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, 2-4 years experience
• Thorough understanding of corporate law, contract management, and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify and mitigate legal risks effectively
