Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for prospective candidates.
• Prepare necessary documentation, assist with orientation sessions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records, assist with leave management, and update HR databases.
• Respond to employee queries related to policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Help ensure adherence to HR policies and maintain compliance-related documentation.
• Assist in planning and organizing training sessions, tracking attendance, and gathering feedback.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.
• Ensure the accurate entry and confidentiality of employee data.
• Provide administrative assistance to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn HR practices.
