Stay Vista is hiring for the role of Assistant General Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Study design briefs and determine requirements from the stakeholders.
• Be responsible for conceptualizing visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to the stakeholders.
• Be responsible for developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using different software.
• Use the appropriate colours and layouts as per brand guidelines for each graphic.
• Work with copywriters and creatives to produce the final design.
• Be responsible for testing graphics across various media and amending designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Requirements: 

• A user-centric approach to drive higher satisfaction among stakeholders
• Familiar with design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and manage
• Ability to deliver results under pressure and within the deadline
• Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in design, Fine Arts, or certified course in designing with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in graphic designing
