Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand the specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
• Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions.
• Document actions by completing production and quality logs.
• Able to Handle the CNC machines without guidelines.
• Able to involve and execute Continuous improvement in process/product (Kaizen, Poka-yoke).

Requirements:

• 3~6-year Hands-on Operating experience in CNC machines like HMC, VMC, VTL, and Turning centre.
• Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
• Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
• Being able to handle the CNC machines without guidelines.
• Ability to involve and execute Continuous improvement in process/product (Kaizen, Poka-yoke).
